These terms of conditions apply to Footiecup.co.uk, given below (game)operator and are for all Users (players) obligatory.

Membership Membership begins with registration in forum or in game. Each player is allowed to use only one account per server. Transfer or sale of accounts or parts thereof, as well as making contacts to sell an accounts, is not allowed. All game data is the property of the game operator. The user agrees with forum- and gamerules by starting his membership.Rules are always available at the forum. The membership ends by deletion of the account by the user or by deletion of the account by the game operator. No user has a right of participating in the game operators products. When violating the rules and/or the T&C, game operator reserves the right to warn the user, to block one or all of the user accounts temporarily or permanently or delete one or all thereof. The decision on appropriate measures is the sole responsibility of the gaming operator. Tampering with the game Interference by external programs (scripts, bots, pop-up blockers, etc.) are prohibited. Because all offers of game operator are funded by advertising, the suppression of advertising is not allowed. It is prohibited to influence or manipulate the game in a way, that is not provided by the game operator. This applies in particular to the exploitation of programming errors (bugs). These are to advertise to the game operator immediately. Service of the game operator The game operator makes its offers free of charge for all users and is constantly striving to server errors. Nevertheless, errors in programming (bugs) or server problems are possible. If the users has disadvantages by server problems or bugs, he has no right to get his account restored. The game operator provides a platform for ingame communication. For the content of these communications the players are responsible solely. Payment/Refunds There is no claim for repayment of amounts already paid, if the user’s account was deleted by the user himself or was blocked or deleted because of wrong conduct. From the payment for the offered features (e.g. use of the accounts, free advertising, special functions) there is no way to derive more benefits. Privacy Policy The user agrees, that game operator stores all information given by the user, for the duration of membership. The game operator uses cookies to simplify the access for the user. IP addresses are stored for 30 days. The user has the option to have a look at the last five IP addresses, that accessed to the account. The gameoperator reserves the right to give the users data to authorities within its legal obligations if necessary. In addition, data from the users will be used to dispatch product information. The user can disagree with storing his data at any time. For technical reasons, participation in the services provided by the game operator, membership whitout any storage of data is not possible. Changes of rules or Terms and Conditions The game operator reserves the right to modify or expand the rules, as well as the T&C at any time. A change or addition will be announced at the relevant game forum at least two weeks before.
